Refund and Return Policy
1. Return Request
1.1 You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. All returns must include every original accessory. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
1.2 In the event of a quality issue, please contact customer service for assistance. Return shipping costs for defective items will be reimbursed (with a valid return receipt).
2. Refund Process
2.1 After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.
2.2 If your payment method does not support original refunds, alternative methods will be arranged.
3. Non-refundable Items
3.1 Custom goods, sale items, and used/opened products (for non-quality reasons) are not eligible for return.
4. Special Notes
4.1 For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping.
4.2 Repeated abuse of the return policy may lead to service refusal.
4.3 Buyers are advised to use traceable logistics; the user bears return risks.
4.4 Refund requests for non-quality issues must be submitted within 14 days. After this period, no such refunds can be processed.
