Website User Service Agreement

Welcome to the official website of "MM-CMHOME" (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). Please read the following terms carefully before using our services. This Agreement is concluded between you and the operator of this website (the "Company") regarding your registration on and use of the Website’s services, as well as your obtaining information, advice, and services through the Website.

1.3 This Agreement consists of the main text of this Agreement and all website rules that have been or will hereafter be published or updated from time to time by the Website (collectively referred to as the "Website Rules"). The aforementioned website rules are deemed an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal force as the main text thereof.  You expressly agree that the Company may, in response to changes in laws and regulations and operational requirements, update or amend the foregoing agreements and terms from time to time and will publish such changes through public notices on the Website or other comparable means without further notice to you individually.  You are responsible for periodically reviewing these public notices. If you do not accept any updated or amended content, you may discontinue use of the Website’s services. Continued use of the Website’s services after such changes have been published shall constitute your acceptance of the updated or amended agreements and terms

2. User Registration and Account Security

2.1 You must provide true and accurate personal information when registering and update it promptly if there are any changes. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country before registering or using this platform.  If you have not reached that age, you and your legal guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. All activities under your account (whether carried out by you personally or by anyone acting with your authorization) are deemed to be your own.

2.3 Please notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized account use.  You understand that the company requires a reasonable period to respond to any request from you and that any action taken by the company at your request may not prevent or mitigate the occurrence or escalation of harmful consequences. Accordingly, except where the company is legally at fault, it shall not be held liable.

3.1 You may not post, transmit, or share any illegal or inappropriate information via the Website, nor interfere with its normal operation.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by EU law and the law of the jurisdiction where the website is registered.

The parties shall first resolve any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit in the competent court at the place of registration for "MM-CMHOME."

Electronic Communications and Marketing Consent Agreement

1. Consent to Electronic Communications

1.1 By registering or placing an order at "MM-CMHOME," users consent to receive electronic communications (emails, SMS, push notifications, etc.) related to orders, accounts, after-sales service, updates, and user experience.

1.2 Users should ensure that their contact information is accurate and valid to receive timely order or service notifications.

2. Marketing Consent

1. User Content Submission Rights and Responsibilities

1.1 Users have the right to post reviews, images, videos, and other product-related content on the "MM-CMHOME" website but must comply with EU and local laws and regulations and may not infringe the rights of any third party.

1.2 The following content is strictly prohibited:

Information that is known to be false, inaccurate, or misleading

Infringement of others’ intellectual property (such as stolen images, copied reviews, etc.);

Violation of laws or regulations (such as fraudulent information, malicious defamation, threats, etc.);

Avoid content that is pornographic, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, as well as commercial advertisements, spam, or unrelated to the products.

The content may contain any personal information belonging to a third party, such as their name, nickname, or username.

2. Content Moderation and Management

2.1 The Website reserves the right (but has no obligation) to review, reject, block, delete, or edit user-submitted content without prior notice.  You are solely responsible for any content you submit.

2.2 We will handle any content that is suspected of being illegal, infringing, or in violation of this agreement according to the complaint and review results, and we reserve the right to retain evidence as required by law.

3. Content Licensing and Use

3.1 All content submitted by users on "MM-CMHOME" (including but not limited to reviews, photos, videos, suggestions, stories, etc.) is deemed as granting "MM-CMHOME" and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for legitimate business purposes, such as brand promotion, product marketing, and market analysis.

3.2 Users retain the copyright of their submitted content, but "MM-CMHOME" has the legal right to use it within the licensed scope.

4. User Commitments and Liability

4.1 Users promise that they have the right to submit the content; if others’ images or intellectual property are involved, they have obtained permission or provided credit.

4.2 Users shall bear all legal liabilities arising from third-party claims, lawsuits, or losses caused by their submissions, and compensate "MM-CMHOME" for all losses and costs.
